UC lowest fare with or without CDC

Not sure if this option is as new to everybody else as it is to me.

However just looking to book an UC flight, chose the 'cheapest option' then the next page to load was

'
[ ] Lowest Option with ground transfer.
[ ] Lowest Without. '

Is this new ?
I assume the fares would be either D or Z's

It has been there for a few weeks now and is one of a few changes made to the booking system/manage by booking section.

You are correct in thinking that it is Z without a CDC and D with a CDC.

Shame they can not offer PE and Eco fares with

[ ] Avalaible for upgrade with miles.
[ ] Not available for upgrade with miles.

correct Z is restricted and no car
D is restricted with car
There is a new fare level R I think as well

I did suggest this at VJam so it might happen...
