Thought this better as a fresh topic?

In terms of seating in U/C any advise/ experience of best layout for 2 adults & a 4 yr old? (The option of Dumping in Y has been discussed [:?])

Across an aisle? or as currently thinking might be the best 3 window seats on the single aisle (A340 600)- pinning the little one in between us, current thoughts- mainly in context to management of mini NH [B)]

2k - 7k
8a - 14a

Ideally half decent seats, as U/C experience will not be that regular for us, so need to maximise the experience. But also hopefully sitting to keep any potential disruption to a minimum, (not that they'll be any [}:)]), hence the suggestion of the single sided sections
All obviously hinges on availability at OLCI

Any thoughts?

Ooh, an nice easy one for a Friday:

6A, 6D & 7D, with mini NH in 7D. It's next to the wardrobe which means there's no one to the left of the suite. To the right - in 6D - will be Doting Parent No. 1, with Doting Parent No. 2 in 6A which is (because of the off-set nature of the suites on the 346) opposite 7D and close enough to comfortably throw both M&Ms and stern glances at your offspring.

We've done it with Tizer for HKG, SYD, MIA etc. and it tends to work a treat.

[y] Thanks for the advise, just a case of snagging them at OLCI or do they generally honour seating requests?
Bigger concern is as we're on a LHR-SYD run with a change from VS238 to VS200 at HKG, won't get the option to confirm seats for the VS200..?
