Hi
I checked the price of an UC return to Newark for April dates 11th out and 21st back a couple of days ago and the matrix showed approx 1067.
Have just rechecked prior to booking and the same dates show 1850? Wow.

But BA still shows a price of approx 1060 for Business

Has anyone an idea what is happening

Many thanks

Probably all the Z's on that day have been booked.

Hi David
I've checked on ExpertFlyer and it still shows Z avalability of 7 - which I understand to mean - plenty of such seats
I am still puzzled

Hi
It's me again.
I've just tried moving on from the first options matrix which showed £1867 return.
Low and behold the next screen show a return price of £1100.
The screens must be playing tricks??

Had similar problems booking online today.. Suddenly every UC Z fare on every day giving between £1800 and £3000 for East Coast. I phoned UC Reservations and got the proper sale price (£807 for PE out to BOS, and UC back from JFK) straight away. They seemed surprised that the web fare was so much.

I hope this isn't affecting the take up on sales. I know I was put off when I saw the £1100 fare I'd been looking at yesterday had jumped £700 in half a day!

Please bear in mind that for each Z sale price there will be a set number of seats in that bucket. Once sold, the fare will return to the normal Z rate.

Looks like the prices are back to the sale levels today! There was plenty of availability for my route, it was just the website was showing inflated prices!
