have upgraded our seats from PE to UC on a trip from LGW to MCO,got a class Z ticket which I understand enables us to go in to a lounge,question is,will it be the Gatwick clubhouse or is there another Virgin lounge there,2nd question if it is the Gatwick clubhouse can I get a refund as I had already booked it when I booked original flight

First question, when are you flying ?

The LGW CH is being renovated right now so without a date I can't tell you if it will be there.

I take it you went through Vh to book the trip ?

Having never dealt with a refund for CH entrance I honestly don't know, best bet with that is to call them and ask.

There was talk of the clubhouse being renovated, but I don't think there was any confirmation of the dates. ISTBC

David is right. The date for the renovations has been put back with no new date given. Jodash, your ticket entitles you to the Clubhouse. The only other lounge is the VH V-Room which can only be booked through V-Holidays. With regard to your refund I would suggest you call the Premier Team since you are now a UC passenger and ask. They might also have news about the renovations

They pushed back the renovation ! when did this happen ???

ok thks for the replies I know of the V Room used only when u book via VH it was the gatwick CH I booked so will speak to the premier team
