Y loads for MCO 25th Feb Please

A self explanatory request which I'd be very much obliged if a guru could answer.[:D]
I'm looking at going out PE but thought if loads were light then I might do Y out.
Thank you in anticipation of a whizz helping me out.
As an aside, are the passes to Expertflyer issued only upon initially joining V-Flyer, or each year or upon renewal of a subscription be that annually or 5 yearly? Forgive me for being an eternal thicky.[:D]
