Wow, interesting story! - that was a bargain - $54 per square foot rent in an area where the going rate is $700 per square foot!! No wonder the landlords want them out. [:w]

Well, I'm not surprised, when I was last there it sold what I considered to be a bunch of TAT.

I knew the Times Square one was closing, but it now seems all of them will be gone by June.
