Does anyone know why VS19 was delayed today?

Thanks,
Ant.

Sorry can't help you there, but welcome to V-Flyer and your first post. Why has it taken you so long to talk to us?

It could well be to do with the all the problems/cancellations that occurred on Monday and this is just a result of the back log. Of course it could also be due to a simple reason like an incoming a/c going tech and last minutes changes.

It really is pretty much a guessing game and one we are unlikely to know unless one of the VS staffers who use the boards can advise anything more definite.

Noooo, that's the last thing I wanted to hear :(

I'm meant to be flying home from SFO today. Can't see the flight leaving anywhere near on time given the VS19's current ETA of 16:16.

Surely that means another hour in the Clubhouse?? [^]

I'd rather be home to be honest - for the first time ever, I've had to cut a business trip short due to being really ill. I just want to get home to recover properly; being around 5000 people in a conference is not ideal. I was meant to be flying on Saturday but was able to switch flights this morning.

Thats odd, I have posted before...

I'm also flying back on VS20 today, fingers crossed for a short delay.

If you need guest access to CH, let me know.

In that case, fingers crossed for a quick flight time home.

Nothing worse than being away from home and ill. All you want to do is crawl into your own bed and feel sorry for yourself.

Hope you feel better.

Steer well clear of the coughing/spluttering small boy in the corner.

Richard, please wrap yourself in a blanket for easy identification.... [:p]

I'm the boy sat down the far end of the CH drinking tea, eating soup and wrapped up in a scarf.

Claire sends her regards to everyone, and is looking forward to the group visit in May!

Ahem, never mind Richard. Think of the poor sod who has to dig the car out of 6 inches of snow and drive to T3 to go and get him! [:D]. VS020 showing as slightly delayed on arrival, but not much.

Thanks,
Sarah

You mean the Mannion family chauffeur? [}:)] He should be prepared to move 6 foot of snow for you and Richard...
