Just tried to add a friends flying club number to a booking I made for them.
Where can you do that on the new form?

It should be under the Manage My Booking section. But I think you have to add it via the channel you booked, so if booked via an agent they have to add the number. I think.

If you have the Booking Ref / e-ticket number you should be able to do it via the 'Manage Your Flights / My Booking' section of the VS site.

I was also told that i can just give my flying club number to the check in agent at Heathrow on the day of travel.

if the flight is a miles upgraded flight you may not be able to do this.

Normal booking using real money on the virgin web site.
The old option to add this to your booking is not there, just an option to join flying club.
Have I missed something?

Can't answer your question but thanks for your post. In attempting to see the flow of screens for you I find a little message up there indicating that my flights are 'subject to change'. My Travel Agent in now looking into it for me. I have a slightly sick feeling in the stomach about it, but hopefully my worries will be shown as unfounded.

I got a message on my 'Manage Flights' saying departure time from Orlando had been changed, and click a box to confirm, which I did, made me wonder though what would happen to people who do not check there flights everyweek, like I do
