Retrieving Booking Online

For the last 2 days I haven't been able to access my booking online. I just get a message 'sorry we are unable to retrieve your booking'.
Have just spoken to Upper Class Reservations and they have no idea why this is happening. The chap suggested that there might be something wrong with my computer or maybe it had a virus! I am sure that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my computer and I had no problem accessing the booking a few days ago. He basically said that he couldn't help me and that I should keep trying and keep ringing back. Not very helpful really.
Has anybody else had any problems or any ideas as to what the problem could be?
