Retrieving Booking Online

For the last 2 days I haven't been able to access my booking online. I just get a message 'sorry we are unable to retrieve your booking'.

Have just spoken to Upper Class Reservations and they have no idea why this is happening. The chap suggested that there might be something wrong with my computer or maybe it had a virus! I am sure that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my computer and I had no problem accessing the booking a few days ago. He basically said that he couldn't help me and that I should keep trying and keep ringing back. Not very helpful really.

Has anybody else had any problems or any ideas as to what the problem could be?

I can view my booking OK, although it is taking longer than normal to load the webpage.

Mines all ok.

Try deleting all your browsing history,cookies etc... see if this helps he may be right it could be your computer, but just not a virus.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Have tried deleting history, cookies etc. but still get the same message. Have also tried logging in from a different computer and it makes no difference which makes me think the problem must be at Virgin's end. I just hope that there is nothing wrong with the booking. I'll just try again in a few days and ring back again if the problem persists.

What browser are you using? I have had difficulty in accessing certain sites from Google Chrome. Maybe another browser?

My bookings come up ok.
