I noticed on
this site that the 2 A343 that VS sold to air comet are now up for sale. Theres a note under one of them saying EASA Compliant! Does anyone know what that means? Does anyone know why air comet are suddenly getting rid of their 343's?

its 'compliant' not 'complaint' (amazing difference what transposing a letter makes ! but have no idea what easa means- probaly some aircraft standard that matters to those in the know and I'm not that much of a aeroplane geek !

In basic terms it means that the aircraft comply with all EASA airworthiness requirements. So all maintenance, modifications etc have been carried out in accordance with EASA. So this could make things more simple to transfer registration of the aircraft to an EASA member state.
Also note they are getting rid of MSN 007.
