V-Flyer

Now, I know this was 1 1/2 years ago, but I'm sure some of you will remember me being very unhappy, however, I'm pleased to say Virgin have exceeded my expectations and really are a class apart from the competition.

I have an UC fare (Z, so no changes) booked for May. For personal reasons my parents will be joining me on my trip, they will be flying PE lowest fare. Unfortunately there was no lowest PE availability for my flight going out, but there was coming back.

On talking to a wonderful chap at the Flying Club, and after being put on hold for all of 1 minute, Virgin have moved me onto the later flight so I can be with my parents (albeit in different cabins), no trouble at all, and they've not charged me a penny!

It's this sort of thing that sets Virgin apart, and I'm so glad I'm back flying with them. [y]
