I also noticed that Orlando isn't on the list, could all of there upper class seats be sold for the duration that the sale is on?

There was mountains of sale prices to Orlando only a few days ago when the last sale was on, which I doubt have been sold, as looking at expertflyer on a few random dates, there is still plenty of availability.

Who knows, it might be back on next week [?]

Which kinda brings in the next question, surely all these 'sales' are confusing people - when do you book to get the best price ? I know the feeling amongst many is 'if you think the price is good for you - book it now', but us 'anoraks' that study these things twice an hour [;)] and notice all the different variations within the same flights over the last 3 or 4 weeks must be sitting wondering whats coming next.

You would think it might be clearer and maybe create more stability in the market if they just said 'the lowest fare codes in each class have been reduced by X amount for 10 weeks' which will stimulate some sales. That way when these have been sold it would move up to the next fare in that bracket and you wouldn't get these slightly different 5 day sales ... every 5 days [;)]

It's back, timed nicely with the BA sale.

Dam these sales..just when you think you can't justify yet another trip across the pond... once more in the very pointy end....they then go and do yet another sale.

The well thought out defenses put up to argue that it is all too costly to do a UC flight have now been weaken beyond all reason! This is just the start of the slippery slope......dipping one's toes into the world of the high fliers was not going to be without it's lasting legacy. Just hope and pray Mrs. P doesn't visit the V-Flyer or Virgin websites for the rest of this month, she will never want to fly coach again....I made a rod for my own back there travelling UC on our last trip!!!!!!!!

It is though all too apparent these days that any fluctuation in prices on the BA routes are met and instantly matched by VS

Funnily enough I was checking out prices this morning for a potential trip to vegas via SFO and it came out at 1708GBP which very nearlly had me getting the AMEX out. Now if only I could persuade some others for a wee trip to vegas in November[;)]

Claire, if you read some of the recent BA trip reports there are plenty of descriptions and photos of the BA lounges

Go on your own, I love solo trips to Vegas, do what you want when you want, it's fantastic. I have 2/3 solo trips a year and 1/2 additional trips with the wife. I won't say which ones I prefer [;)]

Funny, just spent the last three days in Scottsdale! If you don't know the area give me a shout!

I know BA has its own lounge at Phoenix, not able to tell you more than that.

As to the sale, yippee! Nicely timed for our planned October jaunt to San Francisco [:D].
