Is a tip expected by the driver of the CDC....and if so how do you work out how much? I always thought it was included but someone has caused me to now doubt this....[?]
Thanks

I always tip the driver as it is NOT usually included (However it was when I used Virgin Limos in SFO this week). How much depends on distance etc.
As a personal guide: From LHR to my home in East London I tip 10 - plus a similar amount from an airport to hotel in the USA. However I got one last year from MIA to Marco Island which was a 2 hour plus drive and thus tipped more ($50 I seem to recal).

Thanks again Hackneyguy.....but advice wasn't needed as in the end the CDC didn't show up and I ended up on a mad taxi ride across Florida!!!!! [:0]
Will be writing it up in a TR soon.....
