Hi,

I am hoping someone will be able to answer this.

I am flying out to Orlando in Upper Class, and I have chosen my seats online.

If someone else checks in before me on the day, can they ask to have the seats I have chosen? And are they likely to be given them?

There are only 3 seats left and they are all by the bar, so I don't want to lose my seats.

Is this likely to happen?

Thanks in advanced for your help.

Having flown this route many times in the last 3 or 4 years in Upper, I wouldn't worry to much about activity around the bar - if you have lost your seat.

With regard to your question, I can't help - sorry.

Do OLCI 24 hrs before and, unless there's an aircraft change, you're as assured as is possible of getting the seats you have selected in preassignment.

Thanks for the quick replies. I will indeed do OLCI, just to be on the safe side.

The seats you have allocated will not become available for any old pax to choose at OLCI stage or at the airport. The only reason your seats might be changed is due to Virgin changing them for operational reasons, although this is really quite rare.

As Paul suggests, do OLCI at T -24 and you should be fine.
