Great Service from VS (again)

Last week I emailed VS to ask which A/C I will be on for my VS3/4 flights 24/26 Sept. I'd also emailed the same question early this year for my VS19/20 flights and said something like 'bet you wish you had a £1 for how many times you are asked this question'

This was the reply I received today:

Dear James,

Hope you're well. It's good to hear from you again. You haven't offered a pound this time :) but here's the information.

The aircraft scheduled to operate your outbound flight is:

VS 003
Airbus A340 - 600
G-VATL
Miss Kitty

Your inbound flight is scheduled to be operated by:

VS 004
Boeing 747 - 400
G-VROC
Mustang Sally

Both aircraft offer the Upper Class Suite. However, all information advised is subject to operational changes.

For VS to remember me out of dealing with hundreds of communications every day is IMHO fantastic customer service. Well done VS and to the person who wrote the email above, you are a credit to VS!!!!

That's great James, it seems VS don't share the concerns over security and not saying which a/c will be used on a particular route.

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way of accessing the information without having to bother others for it? ;) There is always the caveat that operational needs may cause the a/c to be swapped, of course.
