Hi! Does anyone know which treatments can be taken that are non chargeable? I read in a recent trip report that someone had their makeup done. Is this a 'free' one? Thanks!

I would add that as there are usually only two therapists on duty, it pays to get in early - especailly if there are 330's being used that day as this increases the number of passengers in the Gatwick Clubhouse

Spa opens at 7am from memory, the CH opens anything from 6.15 onwards. I've been let in at 6.15 and banging on the shutter at 6.30….

I've had the free 15-min head massage and the £15 15-min hot stone massage both times and come away feeling totally relaxed.

Does the head massage leave your hair greasy or in a mess?

I forgot to pack a brush in my hand luggage last time and still managed to look reasonable after the head massage. To be on the safe side I would give it a brush through afterwards, but appart from that it was fine, not greasy at all.
