CUN route - much history of equipment changes?

Evening all,

Just curious really if anyone has any stats on equipment swaps from a 744 on the CUN route?

Reason for me asking is since I somehow managed to get 4 Gs on my outbound, I've been looking obsessively about 20 times a day to see if I could upgrade from PE on the inbound (VS94 on the 14th April). But it looks like UC is already full and PE is heading that way too. So my only hope is that maybe someone thinks that putting a plane on that flight with more premium capacity would be a good move...

And of course, I also would not be happy if it was oversold and we got downgraded. They tried that on me coming back from ANU a few years back, but this time I'll be a lowly red on a redemption so presumably bottom of the pile!

There is a LHR config plane at LGW at the moment, I wonder how that gets allocated, I cant recall having seen the 93 operated by anything apart from a LGW config 744

Good luck...

I'd take an LHR 744 in a heartbeat... Especially if UC opened up - not done UC on an LGW jumbo before, but it looks like the bar is a bit, well... snug?

I think it seats two. The last time we flew on an LGW 747 the bar was occupied throughout by a couple who managed to spend the time gazing into each other's eyes whilst giving off a vibe that said "this is our love bubble, stay away". To cap it all as landing started they then b*ggered off back to PE. :)
