Hi,

I am trying to look for availability so I've logged in and put in the route(I've tried several) and it won't let me select miles just money. I've tried this on several devices.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Working for me. What routes are you having problems with?

For reward bookings, make sure your select either LHR or LGW as the departure airport. The default 'LON' for all London airports never seems to work when finding some reward flights.

Are you selecting a route that uses a partner airline for any part of the journey?
I have found that only lets me select money fares.

Yes I had selected London as trying to get to TPA/SRQ and although LGW is better for me I assumed they'd want to route me LHR-ATL-tpa/SRQ
