Just started looking for my next Shanghai or HK trip and upper is coming in at around £1480 return!
Seems to be available all year.

Or perhaps just aimed at the Chinese market after the recent issue? I'm guessing that's the case.

Open Google flights https://www.google.co.uk/flights
Put in London to Hong Kong
Select Business
Under the Airline selector tick Virgin Atlantic only
Click date and choose Calendar
Flick through the months until you see the price drop

Seems 29 Nov is the first date for £1479, then most of Dec and Jan are available

Indeed stuart there is where I looked as well - however once you attempt to select the return flight the price leaps up to ~£2,300 or so. Happened with every date I've tried.

Ah ha! Yes you are right. I never tried to complete the process. Google might be caching flights that were loaded in error and removed?
