hi all, thanks for your help on my previous post. We have now booked 2x G's to Miami and also 2G's for the return.

Haven't a clue where is best to sit as a couple, will be our first time in upper. I've chosen 1A and 2A for now but happy to change if there are better options?

the plane is 787/9.

flights not until October but very excited!

thanks!

Congratulations on getting the reward seats. It is a great feeling isn't it? :D

On a 787/9 any A row seat would be ideal as they are more private, not facing other passengers directly. Row 7 on the window aisles has no window though.

I shall endeavour to write a trip report for my MIA<>LHR flights in a couple of weeks.

This alone is worthy of praise. :D :D

As has been said, no UC seat is really ideal for couples but give it a few minutes into the flight and you'll soon settle in. It's possible to talk over the divider but if you really want a good natter you'd be better off heading to the onboard bar.
