Happily sat in the SFO clubhouse awaiting my VS20 flight back to LHR this evening great service as usual - hoping my 'waitlisted' G will materialize....

got to boarding and the machine did the loooooong beep and low and behold a UC boarding card appeared, small tax payment and a few thousand miles and I'm in my UC seat typing from the air

Kelly and her team looking after me just as you would expect from UC
