2 reasons for an LHR a/c at MCO:

filling in for an LGW aircraft that is being fitted with UCS

or

operating an extra MAN flight.

The LHR based 744 should be operating BGI flights while the LGW400 gets suites.

The BGI flights is being sold to a 44J capacity!
