Does anyone know if someone going to the US on an ESTA they’ve already used can use the same immigration kiosk as someone who is travelling with Global Entry ?

The Global Entry kiosks are totally different from the kiosks used for returning ESTA travellers. Only the traveller with GE can use the GE kiosk. However the GE traveller can use the returning ESTA kiosk (if you want to queue together) as long as they have been to the US on their ESTA before.
