Hi

Myself and my partner are looking to book a reward flight with Virgin Atlantic using our miles. Trouble is the miles we need are spread across both of our accounts rather than being in one account.

Is there anyway to combine all the miles to do one booking or would we have to book separately?

Thanks

this gets asked on a regular basis.

Yes it is possible but there needs to be enough miles in each account to buy at least one sector of the trip.

You need to call VS to book this.

When I booked my upcoming flights using my account and Mrs D's I said, "I'll hand you over to Mrs D" and the call handler said, " No need I can hear her in the background I have done all I need to."

In fairness the phone was on speaker and she did give me a few instructions regarding questions about the flights.

Hi All

Thanks for your replies

Current situation is

I Have 50,000 miles

Partner has 30,000

I was hoping to combine the two into one account but looking at the conversations above it seems we would both need equal amounts for it to work.
