Well this is a turn up for the books….

I’ve been a million miler for a few years and had zero recognition so far. Except that today I’ve been invited to become a member of Wings, their invite only level despite having flown very little with them recently.

Very excited by the prospect and exactly what was needed to make me fly VS again :D

Most of the benefits of the legacy UNIQ and its replacement WINGS programme have been disclosed in vlogs and fragmented posts elsewhere. The shroud of secrecy lifted a long time ago however VS obviously want to encourage current members not to discuss the club as it wants potential new members something to strive for.

Post pandemic this was the welcome pack sent out along with a brief overview of the scheme . The PAMS agents will go over some of the other unpublished benefits but again a little research will enlighten you on these.

Out of curiosity, do you have to renew membership of Wings annually, or is it once in you're in situation?

Been invited but not really sure what you get from it over gold?

To reply to the last two posts. Yes you need to renew annually (lots of tier points).

The benefits are significant and flexible - very useful if you fly with VS a lot

Well I have to say I’ve not really seen any difference on the ground or air except for somebody saying hi to me in the LHR lounge. No change fees are the only benefit I’ve really taken advantage of. No welcome pack either - just an email

You need to accrue 2,000 Tier Points in a year to renew Wings, not sure that applies to the million miles flyer.

Your account page never changes. You just get a new contact number and email address to use.
