Hi All, first time poster....
I have an open ticket that was originally booked for my daughter and her then boyfriend.
They have since split up and I want to use the tickets for myself and my partner. Can I do two name changes?
Or is it best to get a refund on the tickets?
They were bought just before the lockdown and through different circumstances she's not been able to re-book .

It will depend on when you first booked, however, most (if not all) of the open ticket / voucher policies VS issued do allow 1 name change though. Full details can be found here on the VS website.
