A friend was in the JFK lounge last night and was informed by a member of the virgin Atlantic team that premium plaza does not run the JFK anymore and was taken over by Sodexo live, with SFO, IAD and JNB to follow shortly.
guessing the lounges were not up to scratch with PPG...

Apparently PPG are still managing the lounges, however, VS are starting to restrict access for Premium Plaza & AmEx Plat card holders.

This will have absolutely no impact for pax travelling with VS other then the lounges being less busy.

The lady running the JFK lounge told me last friday they are also moving the one in boston,

Just noticed on the Amex and Loungebudy websites that the SFO Clubhouse is closing from the 28th February for renovation.
