I know flights are released 330 days in advice, but does anyone have any experience of what exact time flights get released?

Just spoke to an agent for a flight going on sale tomorrow and she explained it is normally not midnight, but typically 6am that they see reward availability on their systems. The reward seats checker shows availability now, but it's not released on their system yet.

I believe I recently noted flights releasing at midnight. I was able to lock in an G upgrade at 4:15pm here in San Francisco that wasn't showing earlier that day.
