The Chat button on our VS booking hasn't been working for a couple of days so wonder if anyone could answer my questions.

We have a full points rewards booking and wonder if this will earn miles. We are currently Silver.

Or is it just Tier Points awarded for this type of booking?

Also, I see the change fee for a reward booking is £30 - Is that per booking or per person on the booking please?

You’ll earn only tier points.

It’s a per person fee.

You will still be able to boost your miles before you fly. Although I don't get miles for my reward bookings I get miles through the boost miles facility.

You can also do this for up to 6 months after the flight too, but you have to phone up to do it.
