How long have VS had their Upper Class customer relations handles in Kenya (+254 country code)? I have asked my normal sources but they have drawn a blank, but say it’s “rubbish” (replace for a more appropriate word) and blatant cost cutting.

The punters they need to be “buttering up” are the full fare J passengers!
