Pleasant surprise from VS
Posted: 01 Feb 2024, 10:56Noticed a refund of £70 from VS on my CC account the other day and not quite sure why!
Only thing I can think of was that I upgraded upcoming flights to MCO for Mrs M and me back in December from PE to UC when the points offer was on. In the past I’ve had some agents who charge a change fee and others who don’t if you’re upgrading. I didn’t explicitly ask this time, just paid the small amount of additional miles plus the cash fee, which was quite steep. Maybe it’s been picked up down the line
