Hi All,

I thought I'd managed to open a Household Account with VS, after a couple of years waiting for their system upgrades to happen, thought it did - but... can't see that online, or find an email confirmation! Can someone tell me where I would find on my account (as 'head of household') that status? Or does it have to be one of the other two (partner / son) who need to login and see the shared account?
I'm an Au Lifer, fwiw.
