Are flights VS23 & VS24 likely to change from a A340-300 to a 600 at anytime? The reason I ask is that I am due to go to LA next year, and was wondering about entertainent systems etc.

Hi Djmatthews

The VS23/24 is planned to be a 343 for the foreseeable future. It certainly is for the winter but it's a bit too early to say for Summer 2005 at the moment. If you want the best IFE then your best bet is to go on the VS7/8 which is a 744...next summer all but one of the LHR a/c will have v:port.

Thanks for the help, my thought on the matter too was to opt for the 747-400 on the other flights.
