V-Flyer

I read in the Evening Standard last night that the two airlines are still willing to consider a merger "in the next few years".

I was wondering if anyone knew how this could work - a full merger, or similar to the AF/KLM - a new holding company and seperate identities. I know there would be lots of issues to consider, but it would be interesting to know!
