Is there an address where one can send a letter to Virgin Atlantic to compliment a crew. I have their address here in the States, but I want to make sure the "right" person gets it.

Victoria Road,
Horley,
Surrey,
U.K.

A copy of your letter will be forwarded to the Cabin Crew concerned.

Thanks for the info, I always believe it is important to recognise good service and have frequently completed RAVE forms on board the aircraft and handed them in.

A direct letter or filling in a form onboard both carry equal value.

Either way a copy will be sent to the crew member concerned.

If you complete a form onboard at least we will be able to thank you personally.

Yep, I need to do the same thing for a recent trip too - I think the crew in both directions went above and beyond the call.

The outbound crew were especially great - but maybe that's because the outbound aircraft was quieter, and we spent most of the flight at the bar chatting!

There was at least one crew member I had flown with before on the return flight too (and I also recognised at least one other crew member).

I'm sure the RAVE forms have now gone, its all 'Heroes' based stuff now.
