UCS website down???

Hi everybody,

I have been trying to visit the http://www.upperclasssuite.com site in the past few days and it keeps redirecting to the main VS website...

Is this temporary or is VS shutting down the microsite??? [?]

(or is it me??)

Sorry if someone has already mentioned it in the forum [:I] - I haven't checked thoroughly.

All of the microsites (iFly included) are being wrapped up into the main VS site. One of the reasons for this is the new regulations on accessibility (ie, for the visual impaired), and the previous site had heavy use of Macromedia Flash which is difficult for screen-readers to interpret. Keeping the Flash site whilst staying on the right side of the regulations is a costly business, so VS are pulling those sites 'in house'. Most of the microsites have previously been designed by Start, one of the key design agencies Virgin use, they are now being done by the internal team.

I'd suspect that as now it is part of the mainstream offering they have no need for the microsite...
