I have these same seats booked for LAX and have used them before. They are good for a group of 4 providing a better degree of privacy. I am not sure that row 64 has the same reclining ability as other rows, but legroom is good and widthroom (!) is great.
If 64A is wet, they will give you a towel to dry it with and something like a blanket to sit on. You should not get dripped on during flight, as I understand that the condensation problem occurs only when the plane is on the ground.
An upside to these seats is that you can get up and stretch your legs, standing immediately behind row 64. The downside to this area is that during a red-eye you might get someone doing the same and then engaging in conversation there, which can be really annoying if you want to sleep. Usually, these people natter for half the night, then go to their own seats for the last hour before landing and try to get some sleep themselves - just when everyone else is waking. A polite request for quiet is what is needed in this event.
Overall, though, these are good seats. My advice is to stay with them.
