Here is a link to a menu TBS recently posted in Flyertalk. I hope TBS won't mind me using his post.
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum53/HTML/001240.htmlIf you do a search in the Virgin forum or the trip reports forum at
http://www.flyertalk.com you will find lots of tips and hints.
My main tip would be to check in early and make the most of the whole UC experience.

Err actually Check-in is normally scheduled to open 4 hours before scheduled departure.
However this can vary - for example for th LGW based routes there is the Twilight check-in where it opens in the afternoon the day before.
For LHR, its as soon as the first flight of the day check-in starts - I've checked in over 8 hours before a flight before. Remember that there are inbound flights with connections from VS partners that can ticket, eg fly in with SQ overnight...
Thanks,
Richard

Hi,
Thanks for positng the link Nick ( I do not mind in the slightest)
The menu was for the inbound flight from SFO ( overnight) so when you fly outbound from LGW/SFO the breakfast is replaced by afternoon tea/snack ( all very yummy [^]

Definitely says three hours on my itinerary from VH for my LGW-LAS flight next week so if it's four hours even better, hopefully more time to spend in the Clubhouse!

Hi Bazz,
It should state something like:
'Due to enhanced security measures, you should check in at least 3 hours before departure.'
Thanks,
Richard

Having got the tickets out you're right Richard, it actually says "Latest check-in 07:45" for 10:45 flight, so three hours is latest check-in time not when check-in opens, doesn't actually say what time it opens so we brought our taxi forward an hour.
