moworld - UK edition, Feb 2005
HighFlyer - Here follows a precis: (with my limited knowledge of copyright law, this does not infringe)
- Kept an armed man talking, while Keith Richards was with this person's wife nearby.
- Missed out on signing Dire Straits, the band thought Virgin records were trying to ply them with drugs.
- Space shuttle is next Virgin project.
- Owning an island isn't cheap, but allows you enforce your own laws e.g. everyone must be topless
- The balloon crossings were dangerous but presented opportunities to empty certain waste products over countries they disliked
- He had no money on him at the interview
- His daughter tends to dump men just as Richard is getting used to playing tennis with them
- SRB has forgotten the name of the woman who coined the Virgin name
- The massages offered onboard have sometimes caused "misunderstandings" with Japanese businessman
- VS policy to mile high club: turn a blind eye. SRB joined himself at age 18 on way to LAX
- On Rebel Billionaire, SRB goes undercover to find out what the contestants are really like (but we knew that!)
- SRB lost his virginity in a brothel in london to a fat lady. His dad paid because he didn't want him to be gay.

I just noticed that the Jan 05 issue of Wired magazine has an article about Virgin Galactic. I didn't have a chance to read it so I can't say if it has anything interesting in it.

Phew! In the news bulletins about that article they kept saying RB had joined the mile high club and I was wondering how his wife felt about that[V]
It didn't mention once that it was years ago but implied it was recently[xx(]
