LHR T3 Redevelopment

Came across
this site recently. First I'd heard about it although the time scales are a fair way off.
Any ideas on what form the redevelopment of T3 might take - they only rebuilt the T3 departures 17 years ago, although I think the arrivals is older.

Not sure about T3, but a fairly major rail station is being constructed as part of T5. On opening it should have piccadilly line and HEx, plus space reserved for Airtrack (a link to the South West and Waterloo) and possibly even a link to the Great Western Mainline.
Options are constantly changing (especially with all the fussing over rail in this country).

Well at the moment, T3 is being configured to take the A380, with gates like 8 being modified to handle it. Also, I suppose they will try to make the few remaning bus gates into jetways, but I have no idea how they would do that.
