Hello! Yes there is a seperate line for PE & Upper Class. You normally jump the queue of about 100 economy Pax! There is only a fee for non VH Economy Pax of $5 per person. PE & Upper Pax have paid enough already and get it for free!! You still have to carry your cases to the waiting trucks though!!

OJC77,

Has the $5 fee changed for PE Pax since last August, as we travelled PE last year and had to pay $5 per person.

Thank you! I also thought that PE passengers had to pay if they didn't book through VH....it's great news if it's free :D

As a regular on the MCO route, it's my understanding that vouchers are offered to all VH passengers, but $5 otherwise unless your UC or Gold.

Don't hold me to it though as I never use DT Check-in.

Saying that, I did drop off some family members there back in Jan flying EC booked through a travel agent and they were'nt asked to part with any dosh!!

You are correct Matt, used it yesterday and it was free to all VH passengers, U/C or Gold cards.

Maybe it depends on who you get checking you in ??

And I used it this morning.

Arrived at 8.40am, and paid my $5.

Worth noting at that time in the morning there was nobody else waiting to check in. When I did a scouting run on Friday to find out the exact location there were 6 people waiting to check in at
9.15am.

Note : Didn't see seperate lines for Premium Economy or Upper Class.

The moral of the story get there early !

A few questions, and here seems to be the most appropriate place for it. After all my many many visits to Orlando, I've never been to Downtown Disney!

1. You don't have to pay to get into Downtown Disney first do you?
2. Do you still get Lounge invite if travelling UC? (I know one doesn't get a purple boarding card)
3. How early can you check in (ideally, I'd like to get rid of the bags first thing, our flight isn't until the evening)?
4. Generally, is it worth it?

1. No, its free

2. Yes, you will get your lounge invite at the desk.

3. I think it opens at 9.00 - i have definatley checked in at half nine.

4. Absolutely - gives you that "extra" day.

David

It definately opens at 8.30 but VS crew insist on announcing it as 8.00 on your arrival flight so at peak times econ pax start queing at 7.45'ish and then get all stroppy when it doesn't open 'till half eight and then a load of PE/UC'ers jump the queue :)

We have used it in PE several times over the last year and have always been charged the $5

DEFINITELY go for it MCONut. I use it every time I visit MCO and the ability to dump bags from 0830 onwards is really great. Gives you a full day with only your carryons to look out for and less hassle when you arrive for the flight at the airport. Now if only there was a way to check in the present Mrs Treelo[}:)]

Gonna be doing it in September again - it really makes the whole Orlando trip a good one - bit like the "Check in Chill out" service in the Caribbean!!!!

Such a pleasant way to end the holiday!!!
