Well, you can check the fare class availability using this tool:

http://www.stud.ntnu.no/~hartberg/ft/SabretoolSetup.htm

That should give you some idea as to how full the flight is

As we have pointed out in previous topics, even if it shows as overbooked now, there is a very good chance that seats will become available nearer the flight date.
