The BA diet
Posted: 11 Aug 2005, 09:49Seems that 41 BA flight including a bunch of long haul trips left without any food yesterday as a result of a strike by their caterers. According to the times, the flights all left with only Tea, Coffee and fruit juice.
The thing that amused me was BA gave passengers "meal vouchers" - so I suppose on that flight to Rio you simply had to convince the flight crew to pull in to a convenient Burger King at 40,000 feet. Simple really.
Perhaps they should have offered "bangers and mash-in-a-bag"?;)
