Hi

I'd been hanging on the telephone (is that a song?) to the VS customer services for some time and a message came up which said from now until April 2006, AU card holders can use Revivals when returning to Heathrow. I didn't hear the rest of the message as the operator interrupted but I think it meant that you could use revivals if you are gold and NOT travelling UC.

Sorry if this has come up before - thought I'd post it in case anyone else knew the details and could add anything.

This is an existing benefit - just got our Au renewals packs in today and it confirms that you can "Relax and refresh yourself in VA's Revivals lounge when flying into LHR on a 'VS' prefixed ticket, regardless of your class of travel".

The "Until April 2006" piece is worrying though, does that mean they intend to remove the benefit?

I just spoke to premier team and they are not aware of any changes to access

Its not 2006, its 2002! Its an old message that ahs someone how made it on to the holdign IVR system. I alerted them to this a couple of days ago, and will be removed.
