PE LGW Again....

Not sure if anyone can help me here, I have reserved 82F&G in PE on VS 27 from Gatwick to MCO.
Today when I look on manage my booking, Rows 81 and 82 have disappered and been replaced by rows 11 and 12, my seats are still showing as being reserved in 82 F&G but accoriding to the seat plan they no longer exist !
Im worried now that I do not have the reserved seats, there are no other seats available to pre- book!

Anyone know whats going on..... or am i slowly going mad!

I tell you this from experience.
Whatever the seat map shows is correct. Ignore what the system tells you in any other page.
You may have had an equipment change hence them changing your seats. Your seat requests are never guaranteed (I know I am not help you much here!). Can you re-select any other seats? It may be worth a call into the call centre. What date is your flight on?

The referenced thread is about MAN flights, but the subject of this states it is a LGW flight. Still may be related in some way tho.

Hang on, rows 11 & 12 on the LGW 744's are UCS, as are they on LHR 744's, 346's and the 343's don't appear to have a row 11/12

Well i called Virgin up and they had no idea whats going on, The seat map for my flight is out of date as it does not show UCS, but as for my seats being reserved or not is a mystery to them. All they could advise me to do was to do online check in and request diff seats at the airport.

Im hoping its just a bug and it will sort itself out- at least im not the only person affected!

Rows 11 and 12 are what used to be where rows 81 and 82 of PE now are - Zone B. This was pre-UCS days, when UC was in Zone A and B of the 744s.

It seems, therefore, as if the seatmap has flipped back to pre-UCS which is very odd.

The seating for my PE bookings has changed too...[:0]
All my flights for September (VS45, VS10) and December (VS61) have switched back to 744 non-UCS[:(]... It certainly looks like a general problem.
Let's hope it gets fixed soon..

Just to let you al know the seat plan has now changed back to wha tit was before- Looks like it was a bug on Virgins system, Im still on the lower deck though with no seats on upper Grrrrr, looks like i will have to check in really early to try and get an exit seat!

Yes, I can confirm that my seat maps are back as expected now.
