V-Flyer

I am due to fly VS029 LGW-BRI on wednesday 16th November. I have noticed (its the anorak in me) that today and last wednesday there was a 2hour delay departing gatwick. Is it a scheduled unnoficial delay now that the wednesday service is currently being undertaken by a LHR equipped plane or Is it coincidence, its just that I don't fancy the thought of spending 4hours at gatwick if it could be avoided. any thoughts anybody?

Sorry, can't help on the delay topic, but I am curious to hear that VS029 runs as an LHR plane on Wednesdays? We're off to BGI on a Wednesday. Not till April, mind...[n]
