V-Flyer

When flying to a destination not served by VS, does anyone know of a link or phone number to find the best route, code-share wise, to get miles/points?

For code-share the VS website lists most of them, if not then I just look on the usual travel sites and just know the partners I can use to earn miles with. I'm sure that there is a more efficient way but that works for me
