Spa Treatments in Clubhouse with an SQ Ticket

Looks like I'm off on another flight with Singapore Airlines this weekend at short notice once more, but at least it's the lovely Raffles Class again!
Quick question: I know this ticket will get me into the LHR Clubhouse (thanks to those who confirmed this for me when I asked prior to my previous trip!) but this time I'm pondering getting a haircut while I'm there - does holding an SQ ticket allow me to use the Spa treatments?
