You can pre book Clubhouse treatments, there are lots of discussions about the pros and cons of the various types available.

The IFBT chooses her (afaik there are no male IFBTs on VS) clients on board, after taking preferences when you first settle into your suite before take off.

In my experience, not opting for the massage treatments gives you a better chance.

Of course if you miss out, you may just get a preference card for your return flight;);)

Absolutely - the IFBTs are limited in how many massages they can give because of RSI. Choose something with very little pressure and some F2F contact (hot hands for example) and the chances are much more favourable that you'll be treated.

Can confirm hot hands is vert good. As a bloke I had some qualms about booking it, but on Decker's recommendation did so. Good call by Decker.
