V-Flyer

Hiya peeps!

Just got a letter back from VS re: my upgraded return flight at V-Flyer saying "your upgrade was purchased at a discounted rate.... Economy class mileage has been credited".

Did anyone get tier points/miles for First?

Im having a little pissing match with FC right now about something along those lines,'cept my seats were purchased 4 months before the flight and as you know you can only upgrade with HP 24 hrs before your flight.

What I did was booked 2 seats in coach,then said forget that and moved up to 1st,for whatever reason the VS/HP system show's that as an upgrade not a change.

Decker, i got exactly the same response. Have since queried it with Prem but not heard anything as yet.

Thanks for that Sarah - good luck the two of you . In the same post came a 5,000 mile apology for the ludicrously delayed luggage on a recent trip - well outside the target 15 mins for UC.

I'll let you know what I get when I get my HP flight credited to my FC account . In the past I've never received First Class miles/TP's for a $50 upgraded flight.

After sending the missing miles just got the 500[:(]
